Flanges

Flanges are mostly used to connect pipes with various equipment and valves. Flange connection is a common connection method second only to welding. Flange joint refers to the removable connection of flanges, gaskets and bolts as a group of combined sealing structure, which provides flexibility for maintenance.

Bolt

Bolt is a kind of fastener composed of head and stud. It needs to be used with nut to fasten and connect two parts with through holes. This connection form is called bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a kind of removable connection.

Chrome Plated Bar/Piston Rod/LM Shaft

Chrome plated rod refers to the bar with a chromium layer with a hardness of up to 62HRC formed by electroplating on the surface. It is widely used in the automation industry and matched with the linear bearing (LM-OP). Therefore, chrome plated bar is also called piston rod or linear motion shaft (LM shaft) in many specific applications. The shaft can be divided into hard shaft and soft shaft according to different hardness.
